Have you guys seen her dressing room video? There is a point in the video where she takes off her top and turns around. Obviously, there is no nudity but for me at least, it was the first time that I know of that she was completely bare and topless. No clothing up top at all! Some speculate that the reason she hasn't done nudity is because if she took off her top, then her breasts would fall to her knees. However in the video, you see her huge unsupported boobs popping out the sides of her back and they didn't seem to drop that far down, if at all. I'll try and find a link to a clip.

it appears they ps'd her nipple out of the shot in the 4th photo (04 in the index). sure looks like left nipple to me.
