People have different definitions of porn. I think most "Internet" people would not consider PinUpFiles as porn even though it is classified as Porn. The general population considers Playboy pornography, but I think most "Internet" folks would agree with raven_azarael that softcorn is about some sort of simulated penetration and at least toplessness.
