They're definitely fake.
I've said this before, but my guess is that they're just extremely average fake boobs. Otherwise she would have showed them off by now.

The first photo on this page showing her in the dress gives us a pretty accurate feel for just how stunningly beautiful she is. Yeah, sure, maybe those boobs have been enhanced. (I'd like to test them myself!) But even if she had disappearing boob syndrome or something, she would be a 10+ even with C-cups, probably even with B-cups...

Exactly,i've never seen fake boobs as a substitute for real ones.
Fake tits rule,or maybe boobs in general come to think about it.
