This sextape discussion is amusing-- had to chime in...:2 cents:
For a sextape, you usually have to have at least the following ingredients:
1. willing participants,
and
2. a camera lens that can actually see what it's aimed at.
So assuming you're not talking about breaking and entering, bugging a house, plus assault, it isn't possible. I think it's mostly morons who wind up being in unauthorized sextapes anyway...
If you don't know the partner well enough, or the room you're in, and you're worried about something recording you... take the action somewhere else.
