The shock was for the people who offer her amazing money and she declines acording to what I read. This another reason I wish she lose a lot of money in court for arrogance.

It was a messy dispute that didn't have to go nearly as far as it did, basically. A lot of pain and anguish (and layer fees) could have and should have been avoided, IMO.
Without knowing pretty much any of the details, I would guess you're most likely right.
It seems, unfortunately, the only people that ever win in most of these court cases are the lawyers.
That's so true, and unfortunately adds gas to the fire so far as resolving a legal conflict goes. As long as they're getting paid there's little incentive to close the issue beyond the wishes of their client. The court system itself adds to this, granting endless continuences and stays, reschedules, etc.
I sincerely hope that's not the case here. "Matt", I think his name is, my be playing the thing out knowing keeping Denise from renewing her career is retribution in itself (pure speculation on my part) and as Pinup says he likely has valid claims stand up for besides.
Good lesson in why it's better to stay clear of courtrooms as long as you can manage it.

Yes, I meant to type "lawyer fees" instead of "layer fees" but since lawyer fees usually come in layers as court cases (slowly) progress, that typo wasn't entirely off base.
The thing that confuses me most at this point is exactly how anyone is preventing Denise from doing new material.
I'm gathering from what I'm hearing that those who formerly managed her/operated her website/etc., may have some claim to those shoots, or at least think they do, but how is it that she could not simply continue on and keep that matter separate? If the "Denise Milani" label is in dispute, she could just go by "Denise" or "Denise_____", and I doubt anyone would have any difficulty realizing it's her....she's visually unique in many ways.
After all, for a few years, Barbie Griffin seemed to have no problem going by as many as four aliases at once... but we all knew it was one and the same person. Am I missing something here?

You're right, I agree, but I think that she wants modeling again after trial is resolved, because she is posted litlle pics on Facebook and she or her administrators are communicatng with fans. If she wanted retire, it's no sense that she is posting new pics. She only would use Facebook with her real friends. What do you think?
Maybe credit card companies blok her because legal problem?
I read the periscope decleration (why no longer online?), she lose average 36000$ in month - this is crazy!
The nature of contractual disputes is that business commonly gets suspended while the issues are decided. Perhaps Denise is subject to court order on the matter and can't produce commercial product while the case is active, or maybe it's on her attorney's advice for some reason. :2 cents:
Anyway, it sucks :crying: if she wants to "keep up the good work" and can't due to a fight over cashes in on her incredible looks. :dunno:

Each person has a different opinion of course and all are respetables and in my opinion Jordan Carver is amazing if you compare her with for example Rachel Aldana, Wendy or Jaime Hammer but if you compare Jordan with Denise, Denise wins easily (in my humble opinion).
