Denise won her initial hearing to stop the current website runners from using her name, trademarks, etc to make any money.

This can only be good news, but it doesn't indicate whether or not there will be further legal/court battles to determine financial settlements, etc?

As such, no idea if Denise will now look to set up her own website...here's hoping!

Denise isn't gone. She'll be back in some form and she's still posting actively to her twitter and MySpace pages. Jana just retired, but we shot a TON with her before that, so there's plenty to come with her as well. And Jordan... well, what can you say about her? She's the bomb.

No, I believe she will be back. It may take a while because of all of this, but she's still active and like I said, she posts new photos and such to her twitter and Myspace accounts regularly.
