A cougar is an animal. I don't like the term used in this manner.

There is a perfectly fine word already for these women who prey upon young males to satisfy their base needs.

A 17 year difference :wtf: I really cant see how thats such a bad thing, yes if he was getting married to a women 40 years his senior, but 17 years? Why is this so sickening?

Nothing wrong with it . I very briefly dated a 45 year old woman when I was about 27 I think who had a son my age. She was a fairly attractive woman & I have no problem with older women.(actually prefer them in most instances) But when one begins to think too far ahead: "When I am 42 she will be 60" :eek: it becomes a bit of a turn off I admit".

I personally now think that a 10 year age difference , younger or older, is probably more fair to
both parties.

Since we've already have 3 references to the feline interpretation so far, I'll have a go at the serious explanation:
A MILF is any attractive, older woman. Children are not necessarily required.
A Cougar is an older woman that actively seeks and engages in sexual relations with younger men (and possibly women).

MILF = Mom I'd Like to Fuck. An older woman is not enough. An older woman gets the "Mature" label. MILF gets "confusing" if we start calling 20 yr olds who happen to have kids MILFs. In my opinion, the MILF cutoff is 30 yrs old. A 20 something who happens to be a mom is not a MILF. :2 cents:
