The problem with that is... how could you tell the drug(s) is working?

I believe that each and every individual that performs a heinous crime deserving of the death penalty should be put on death row.
However.......
Lets define my version of Death Row:
Make these individuals the bitches of every single inmate in the Correctional Facility. One inmate has one night.
However long it takes for these people to be ass raped by every single inmate is how long they serve on "Death Row".
Once they have served time on "Death Row"... They become the bitch of the chair.
As a special treat to Serial Killers... they get to be transported to each and every Correctional Facility in the country to be ass raped.
And to think... each and every night these deuchebags will get served a unique "last meal".
I am sick and tired of my tax dollars being spent on some asshole that is serving on death row for 40 to 60 years or more!!!
Get it done already!!
Do the families of the victims feel any justice because they get to spend part of their money housing and feeding and entertaining the individual that killed their family member???

good point, the truth is I don't know enough about his particular mental health disorder, but i would hope the experts in the field could make good use of him in terms of medical science and criminal behavoural analysis.
