Was the demo on playstation site? Recently downloaded God of war 3 demo, but haven't played yet.
Definitely a rent and not a buy

I was thinking about checking this game but I've changed my mind after playing the demo. I didn't think it was that good.

Although I found the zero punctuation review funny upon renting and clearing this game I will have to say I disagree. The bosses where quite challenging, The mythology was quite bitching and although I can see his point about war I still have to admit hes one cool mofo if not a bit 2 dimensional but hey your a horseman and you only get out at the apocalyspe it makes sense his social skills are seriously lacking.
Incredible graphics, Simple enough game play but this is made up by there being various different weapons. Chaos form isnt what he said either it has shitty reach and is really slow at start I made use of it but towards end of game didnt bother. All on normal difficulty.
Got to be honest I am looking foward to the sequel as it was alluded to in the ending, that the other horsemen will be making an appearance. Weather we get to change between them in a campaign or its a multi player feature over xbox live I cant not say.

I thought it looked cool but the game-play just didn't do it for me. It is worth a rental though, that is for sure. I give it a 3 out of 5.
I will say that I have been spoiled by God of War when it comes to anything like this, so I am a tad bit biased.

i played a demo for it, its a lot of fun. i've thought about buying it.
Definitely get it,especially now that you can probably find it for under $20.
I really don't understand why anyone would be down on this game.I like the characters,the story is cool,and the gameplay is challenging without being too difficult.
I've heard people compare this game to GOW,and Zelda of all things,and it's neither.It really stands up on it's own for what it is.
