Fake how? I agree Naked.com has fake cam girl profiles where the girls don't really cam and don't even show any skin in the profile pics. However, Steph supposedly logged in just a week ago, so her profile is current (in some sense). BTW, many active web cam girls do not have videos available.
If those images are actual screencaps from a webcam video, then she's got the coolest tattoo in the history of time. It somehow migrates between her right and left legs. You'll also note the mole under her breast that flips as well. I appreciate your optimism, d01, but I'm inclined to agree with the others. She's prolly just advertising fluff to get people to give money to all these cam sights.
Not to say she doesn't have real, true nude/sex content out there, just sayin' it's lookin' like our quest is far from over to find it. Incidentally, it may well be that she's only just starting into the adult industry and still has shy-wheels on. Might be a little while before we see anything of her with actual substance.
Didn't it occur to you that some of these images got horizontally flipped (i.e. mirror imaged) by the webmaster before they were posted to the site?

I'm not sure if I saw a link for her friend. I found the pic from a google search on a site that her webcam stuff was cross-listed on--not Naked.com.
I just tried doing a reverse image search of it and it didn't come up with anything either.

No, she's on the couch right behind her. As I was making the screencap, I noticed the girl to the left of her in your clubbing pic (two left from Steph) is sitting next to her in the scene with her hands on her lap in green:
