every time i drive through pennsylvania there is construction. The same roads for like 5 dam years. I was headed to hershey par and becase of construction it doubled my time to get there from 1.5 hous to 3 hours. A 20ft construction zone caused about a 10 mile backup while these geniouses were hoseing down a lanes.
Please explain why they cant do this at night. It was noon and a 10 mile delay. Never ending construction. PA you SUCK!
