During interviews ####### told troopers the plastic bag contained rice, while -------- denied substance was meth, saying powder was supposed to be bath salts.
####### was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of meth with intent to sell/deliver; and renting a car for purpose of transporting drugs.
-------- was charged with driving with suspended license (second offense) & possession of meth with intent to sell/deliver & possession of drug paraphernalia & possession of less than 20 grams of pot.
Suspects were taken to &&&&&&& County Jail where they were held w/o bond.
