Yeah, but in my opinion it's totally unrealistic. It's much more realistic that my wife will reluctantly cheat on me and the humiliation is very psychological and subtle. Thus, it hurts that much more - that the feeling is real, and not just roleplay. Of course it is just a matter of preference.
