I don't think I would like the feeling of slipping forward since they are tilted slightly...oh yeah and I want that fake plasticy, silicone like odor reserved for my vibrators and dildos, not my pillows. Plus wouldn't the side of your head sweat quite a bit?
A little adjustment though and you could make breast pillows.....now there's my million dollar idea!
