Suggestion for a scene.

A secretary with a closed box type desk in a waiting room setting, reception doctor's waiting room, dentist or hotel reception.
The secretary at the desk with her legs under the table as well as a person with a handy tongue. Secretary discreetly being eaten under the table while she performs her duties. Answering a phone maybe or calling out people waiting in the waiting room to enter the doctor's office or to sign a form etc. Acting as professional as possible. Two static hidden cameras (one from the waiting room's perspective and one under the table) would work best so the people in the waiting room would not suspect a shoot is happening.
Having real people nearby that is actually unaware of what is happening makes this interesting.
