Well good bad indifferent. One President from JFK till Barack Obama (mind you combined), has had his policies passed. Plus only president to decrease dependency on foreign oil (from 25 percent plus to a minuscule 12 percent. Was actually Carter, on both points. But any more Barack Saddam Hussein Obama failings and such appreciated.
