Buffalo has some solid pieces...I think they've drafted well. I thought, as a small market team, they would win through their smart drafting.

Maybe Drew Rosenhaus sandbagged his client and they jumped at the first offer?

Considering it's only a one year contract, and the it's not so much that it's going to hurt the team in the long run if it doesn't work out with him, I would have to say the move by Buffalo isn't that bad. If he pulls the usual T.O. stuff they could even cut him or bench him in the middle of the year and it won't hurt the team in the long run. He might even have incentive to play as well as he can if he wants to land with another team after this.

Tell that to the man making 9 mil off signing bonus' and an additional 6 in Buffalo. His characters lousy but his teams usually a winner outside the playoffs. I do agree however that he's definitely a cancer, good luck with your little T.O. problem Buffalo.

i guarentee the 1 year idea was owens idea. he'll play one year. be a great teammate. get buffalo into the playoffs. and then in the offseason teams will see he was a great teammate and sign him long term. and then the real owens will show up.
