I can't wait for the holidays to ramp up so I have an excuse to start making cookies. Last year I made cranberry cookies with an orange zest glaze that were fucking amazing. I also make ridiculously simple flourless peanutbutter cookies that I put chocolate cake frosting on. They're thick and heavy and probably each take 10 minutes of the end of your life, but goddamn they're worth it.
