Contacting People With "Closed Accounts"...

I've noticed that people have been randomly closing their accounts and I was just wondering...

Can we still contact those people through FreeOnes? Or no?

For example, if I send a PM to one of those members, can they still log in and see it?

I just wasn't sure how the "closed account" thing-a-ma-jiggy worked.
