I love girl-on-girl action, but a lot of US lesbian action seems obsessed with toys, which I can't stand, they're not really doing anything, no real kissing, touching, licking, enthusiasm. If I wanna watch a dildo getting slammed into a vagina I'll buy man/woman porn.

This sounds strange, but I'm a straight guy but just can't understand lesbian porn.
I mean it never really turns me on, infact I find two women passionately kissing each other quite disgusting.

I don't find it disgusting, but otherwise I pretty much agree. My reaction to real life lesbians and lesbian porn is just neutral. I don't get what I'm supposed to find smoking hot.

When I watch porn, it's not simply a voyeuristic activity for me -- I put myself in the position of the stud, and imagine what it would be like to screw the hot chick he's nailing. I can't put myself in the position of the women when watching lesbian stuff. All the acts they're performing, whether eating each other out or using toys, are things which wouldn't lead to me getting off in real life, and so it feels inherently anticlimactic. I just find hetero sex far more interesting, since there seems so much more to do. *shrugs*

That said, I find girl solo stuff more exciting than any other form of porn these days, even if there's no penetration and so forth involved. When I'm watching that, it's the Playboy effect at work, there's an illusion that she's sharing an intimate moment with you.

I also find that watching solo stuff weighs less on my conscience. On sites like FTV, the girls seem to be treated like princesses -- it's all extremely glamorous and even, dare I say it, wholesome. In other forms of porn, it's a very common sight to see a woman who appears to be simply enduring the unpleasant process. There are definitely exceptions to this, however.
