Trying to find more info on it, one person says it was drawn after the scrubs episode buy no definative proof

I can't find anything on it. If it was drawn before the episode of Scrubs, I'm going to go ahead and say that one of the writers is more than a fan of the cartoon...

tintin is correct. but this scene must be drawn after scrubs. read the whole albums (in former times ;) ) but never saw captain haddock in such a trench.
nevertheless, the drawer picked up hergés style excellent.
