They can be used to send audio intel. to agents in the field, or used to control "Manchurian Candidates" using audio subliminal programming/messages, to make them go on killing sprees, like at Sandy Hook.
99% of people have no clue how powerful and developed subliminal mind control is. Psychological mind control is a very exact and powerful science, and therefore kept as secret as possible by spreading lots of disinformation about it. Subliminal mind control is one of the threats the Secret Service guards the President against.

I have never used any hard drugs, and I have to credit Nancy Reagan for that.
I saw a lot of her anti-drug PSA's on TV and it made me fear drugs into adulthood.

You're right, because at nine years old he could have stopped the whole war. I'm not a Soros expert by any stretch, I've dedicated about as much time to reading about him as I have about Saul Lewinsky (or whatever the fuck that guy's name is), but I would be hesitant to believe any of the far-right sources that I see regularly demonize the fellow.

I actually agree with you and agree that mind control does exist and has been used.
I believe the RFK assassination very well may have been a product of such a thing.
But I'm not sure. There has been many examples of this in fiction like what Ramsey Bolton/Snow did to Theon Greyjoy in Game of Thrones.
Break a person down to nothing then create a new person under your power and control.

If you're referring to an interview he gave Sixty Minutes back in the 90's he didn't admit to turning anyone in. Other than that I haven't read of any other supposed admissions, and that one isn't an admission of you're saying it is. Demonizing people because you disagree with their politics is wrong.
