For me...it's the fact that normally just strippers and porn stars wear clear heels...they are "naughty"...kind of like fishnets...leather...etc.
The crazy thing is that at shoe stores like DSW, Off Broadway, Journeys, Rack Room...low-key clear heels are for sale (not platformed...stripper-esque nonetheless)...I know b/c I bought some for a girl I used to be with.

I do like pornstar shoes, and clear heels. You don't even have to be in to feet in particular to appreciate them. I especially like strappy heels rather than typical pumps. All heels do a great job of accentuating the woman's calf muscle and the rest of her legs.
Shoes in general: If you have a great work of art like a woman's body, you don't want to put it on a crappy pedestal, do you?
