I've gotta admit I've never seen an uncut penis in person so I've never experienced one! I would say that as long as the guy has good hygiene, it shouldn't matter to most women. The sensitive thing eased down during my teens for obvious reaons. And where I live we have running water.
Well, I'm not sure why you're addressing me. I had no dispute with what you said other than personally I think it depends on your dick and how much foreskin you have. I had enough to cover my head limp or erect. I guess it may come down to whether you're a shower or a grower.
And running water may not prevent venereal infection in which the infection permeates the skin of the glans or the inside of the foreskin over the course of have sex.

i am circumcized and to me it's both a religious rite of passage and a measure of hygiene. it's easier to keep clean. let me tell you, however, that there are places where they really consider circumcision as a form of ********** and therefore either prohibit or discourge it. my nephews in canada had to search for a doctor willing to perform the procedure.
There is absolutely nothing difficult about keeping your penis clean. Bad hygiene is bad hygiene; if someone has it, it won't be limited to one part of their body.
