At the end of the video, it sounds like she said, "yeah some got into my eye." So I think that's why she starts to tear up.

Yeah, that's what she did say. But the way the whole thing went, it just sounded like an excuse, so she could keep at least some degree of dignity...
I haven't seen one scene, in which she doesn't look uncomfortable after the facial, and somehow acts like she would rather have avoided it.
But that's MY impression, YMMV.
Anyway, i'd really like to see her do some classy stuff. say x-art (but they don't seem to like tattoos, see emma mae's scenes), joymii or sth. like that.
