I know we have various opinions on what Christine is really like as a person when she is not in the spotlight. But I read this post from her FB page and thought I'd post:
Spent the day shopping for care packages to send to the flood victims in the Philippines. They are in desperate need of clean water & food, so these fruit mash-ups are perfect since they contain nutrition & water, and they come soft pouch that is releasable for easy pocket carrying. I will post an address to an official foundation center in the PI in case you would like to send supplies as well. Keep posted! Let's work together on helping the Philippines get through this tragedy. oh and thank you all so much for the Bday wishes

Anyone check out Christine Facebook page posts tonite? She is on the warpath about parties posted her website stuff illegally and she is looking to pursue charges against the party who she claims to know.

i saw that. she seemed very upset.. she wrote that she was pissed because her zipsets and videos are being posted. she wasnt talking about the random fan photo posts out of support. she was talking about those people who post the FULL sets & vids on her site for free.
but i would be pissed too. and what the people who post illegally (her website copyright without her consent) dont understand that its a FBI matter for copyright infringement and they can get jailtime as well as heavily fined. The U.S. cracks down on all copyright infringement laws. Her image/website is a business and her brand is protected. Most models dont understand that because they just dont know. It seems that Christine has done her research or has a good advisor.
EVERYONE has a internet fingerprint, regardless of the server being out of the country. the forums are able to disclose YOUR personal IP addresses when its a legal matter because they can be be shut down easily regardless if it is of out of the US. (example: Limewire)

Sorry for being so downright blunt here, but honestly, who cares if stuff is being given out for free? Internet piracy has always been and always will be, nothing will stop it, no matter how hard they try, and it hasn't stopped a lot of other models from achieving greatness, so what's stopping her? A real fan would still pay for her stuff, and it's not like she's doing any REAL work anyway. It's just camming. It's not like she spent all week writing a song, or all year making a movie. She dances for an hour and it's over.
She's not talking about camming, she's talking primarily about the morons distributing the zip sets and site content. This does affect her income, meaning she can't afford to do as many shoots, meaning less content available. I'm sure the people illegally distributing her content wouldn't be quite so willing to post their own bank details online and say "Take as much as you want." This is essentially what they're doing to Christine. For those of us willing to pay for the content, it's pretty much the same thing. They might as well be taking the money we spend to support Christine and give it to the scroungers, so are in effect bank robbers. There is no difference between those who avail of this "freely distributed" content and looters.
I fully support her in whatever action she decides to take against these thieves.
I agree there was "complaining", which was cool, she had stuff to say. As much as we'd all like it, she can't just dance around for 45 minutes ..she just can't. I look forward to the chatting part almost as much as her dancing. She's a sweet gal that is also extremely hot to look at.
