As Christine pointed out, and ably demonstrated also, on her cam last week, she has had no modifcation by a doctor, either front or rear. She has been exercising a lot more recently, so has been reshaped by that.
Can you buy a Visa or American Express gift card? Those are better for one-time purchases.

As far as the prepaid credit/gift cards, some of the Visa/MC let you register on their site for online shopping use. Then you can enter your info (address, etc) on their site, so you can then use it on websites. The cards from IDT (available at Walgreens, WalMart, etc) seem to work pretty well. Don't get the Vanilla gift cards, they don't work online.
