And as for Connelly... ooh boy. As much as I love her in recent years, I would probably have to say that the 1992 Jennifer Connelly would definately be my choice for a shag if it came right down to it. 1995, 1998, and 1999 Connelly arent too shabby either. And I'm not sure when "House of Sand and Fog" was filmed, but her body in that was nothing short of mouth watering as well. Jennifer will always be beautiful. And I believe she's even more beautiful in recent years vs her younger years. But that's just me and my bias for older women perhaps. However, JC's body was definately in it's apex during the 1990's. Following 2000, her weight would often go from thin, to average. Causing nasty rumors of breast reduction surgery. Which was a bunch of a shit.
Also on another issue, I'm going to say something controversial now. A few of you are going to get your ganders in an uproar. Women today just aren't as attractive overall as they were fifteen or twenty years ago.
I actually agree.
My theory is a woman's sexiness/looks goes through cycles--like the economy. Babes were great-looking from about the mid-seventies until about the mid-90s. That was a peak. We had one prior to that, stretching from the late forties until about the early sixties. Right now, unfortunately, we're in a low spike on the graph. I figure we might rebound in the next ten or fifteen years.
Yeah, agreed as well. Those years produced some incredibly hot looking women, and it's very easy to see in not only in mainstream cinema, but in porn as well just how attractive a good portion of women really were during those years. And why they continue to endure thru the years. In recent years, there are indeed a good number of women who are sexy/beautiful and what have you, but for whatever reason, I agree with your sentiments in that women just flat out seemed more attractive to me thru the mid 1970's to the mid 1990's. Especially in porn.
Often on threads like these I see guys with great taste choosing women who are, for want of a better phrase, past their prime. In Joker's picks, for example, Bellucci will turn 44 later this year. Connelly will be 38. Zeta-Jones will be 39. No...none of these women are old, but they aren't 20, either. But compare just these three at their primes versus any actress today who is around 20.
