Monique DeMoan, although she does appear to have used the name Cheyenne, she did not starred in the Emmanuelle 2000 series according to her IMDb page:

Well, Monique DeMoan was in Emmanuelle 2000: Emmanuelles Paradise. I think imdb has wrong cast list at this one! Other sites seem to have the right credit to the right actress!
