Thanks to all you voters for your votes. Thanks to all you posters for your great commentary. Extra thanks to thfcmad for all the help with tournament. It was a lot of fun.
Thoughts: The one thing this tournament proved is that nothing in this type of competition is more important than match-ups. I read posts where people state that they "are surprised" a babe "made it this far." Take a look back at the match-ups she had during each previous round, and also consider how close some of them were.
Round 1 Thoughts: I was surprised how well models and actresses did against hardcore porn stars. I think, in the cases of Jenna Jamesona and Brianna Banks, a lot of it might have been people voting against them as opposed to voting for their opponents. Being immensely popular also means you'll be immensely disliked. Comes with the territory.
I was disappointed at how easily the three women in the tournament with distinct Asian characteristics (Akira Lane <-- personal favorite, Francine Dee and Josie Lee) were defeated. I love Asian women, and that just kind of made me sad.
Round 2 Thoughts: Tiffany Taylor and Dalene Kurtis proved they were really popular by moving on past this round. So a lot of those who were shocked they won in the first round by beating one of their favorites should have gotten over it a lot easier. I went back and checked, by the way, both won their first-round match-ups last year. So they aren't such huge upsets.
I know there was some debate about the quality of some of the photos, but I'll be honest with you, I like Terri Summers a lot. I think she is extra hot... but, in my opinion (I voted primarily on looks and body), she does not match up well against Barbie Griffin. And, moving into the third round (by my judging criteria), Terri was really getting out of her league, regardless of what pictures were used.
Sweet 16 Thoughts: This was a pretty easy round of voting for me. Nextdoor Nikki getting this far was proof of her popularity on this board. But she was way over-matched against Devon. I figured the winner of the entire tournament would come out of Group B, but I was betting on Aria Giovanni or Krystal Steal. In my opinion, Veronica having to go through both of them proves she is a worthy champion. I voted for Krystal Steal against Zemanova for one reason: Steal's awesome ass. But I can't say I'm sad that a brunette won. This was the only round in which I voted for Zdenka Podkapova. I just can't help but view a woman who hides her smile as slightly overrated.
Elite 8 Thoughts: Solid round of match-ups. With Dalene's momentum and her blonde hair and great body, I was surprised to see her get knocked off by a brunette. Not disappointed, just surprised. Again, Veronica beat one of my two favorites to win (that's despite the rankings -- I thought Krystal Steal or Aria Giovanni would win the whole thing). A close match, and we'd probably have different winners in these two match-ups if we did them each 10 times.
Final 4 Thoughts: Of the final four, I was all for Zemanova, even though I voted for Steal and Giovanni in the previous rounds. I'm glad the babe who beat them won. It adds a lot more validity to the tournament, in my opinion. I agree that it was surprising that two brunettes finished things up, particular considering who they had to beat.

Thanks for organising it all Hardly! Was good fun! Maybe you should do a similar thing in 6 months or so but not about pornstars? Just a celeb one perhaps with a round less or something?

I must say too, thanks alot to you DH for making this Freeones Tournament, and I'm happy to see most, probably all members on here making their comments and taking part in voting. I was sad to miss out on last year's one, and I was also sad about Sandee going out in the 2nd Round after dominating the 1st Round. In Fact, I will now reveal the pornstar who was the favourite to win this Tournament. That pornstar was. . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

I was told this by DH after she went out, and it really shocked me, but I'm hoping that she will do much better in the next Freeones Tournament. . . .or better yet, what should happen, is that all the winners from the past tournaments aswell as the one that was just recent, should compete in the Freeones Championship Tournament, and those that were runners up should also be apart of it.
