Cerwin-Vega XLS-215

Anyone here have any firsthand knowledge of (or own a pair) of the Cerwin-Vega XLS-215 ?

I could look them up on any of the hundreds of "Pro-Audio" websites but I'd like an opinion from someone that's not so spoiled that they think speakers are worthless unless they set you back a few grand each!
