If you could choose a celebrity from any field for president...who would it be?


I would go with Oprah Winfrey. She has enough money to not be swayed by big companies. She is a great humanitian, doing numerous things for people. It would also be cool to have a black female for president, kill two birds with one stone. I think she would win in a landslide.

i think she would lose in a landslide because of the fact that she is female and black. just think about how many rednecks/good ol boys there are in this country that would never elect a black president, let alone a black woman president. unfortunately that's just how it is in this country right now. did you ever see the simpsons where there was a meeting for the gay republican party, and their slogan was "a gay president in the year 2084", and lisa was like," 2084?" so the leader of the party said something like," hey, we're just being realistic." funny but true.

i don't know if there are any celebrities these days that i think would make a good president. most of them just seem like royal douchebags, and the ones who have political agendas are the biggest douchebags out there. i wonder if people said the same thing about Ronald Reagan. maybe back then people just didn't even think a celebrity could get elected to anything except maybe the president of the SAG.

You guys cant forget that Ronald Regan was an actor who was elected into the office. I would have to say that no celebertiy for this generation is fit for presidency. Im sure that Bono and Oprah give out great gifts and donate lots of money to charites but no celeberty does not ahve experience or is nto around politics enough. If it was to be anyone id say Arnold (even though he wasent born in america) jsut beause he has experience but i dont think that he would do nearly as good as lets say a John MaCain or a Roudolph Guilliani
