Yes Larrs is correct she was Catie Minx, then Cate Vicious and now has renamed to Tessa Jade.

She has had both set of "lips" done... her mouth lips have been enlarged and the Vag lips she got cut down. She has openly talked about reducing her lip size on MFC

Also, she has done her nose and as rumours have it a Brazilian butt lift too.
