Cartoon 69 had good content a couple of years ago (or maybe I've just seen it all now) but the site has no downloadable cartoon, hentai or manga movies despite what they claim and what little they do have in the way of cartoon (animated) content is done much better and in greater quantity elsewhere. If you're looking for cartoon or hentai content, don't waste your time here.

I think they lost a lot of the sites/affiliates they had a year or 2 ago, as I remember they had a lot of content, now there's hardly anything. A shame - it was one of the best.
