She's identified as Carol but I can't find any more information than that and all reverse image searching that picture does is bring it up in isolation. I suspect she's just some random but the lighting makes it look like a professional shoot of some kind or other.

Any help gets rep if the board lets me.

I don't think that's her name. The file is "carol-heart-bikini-teen-pouty-lips". I think that rather than "Carol Heart: Bikini teen, pouty lips" that should be read "Carol: Heart bikini teen, pouty lips" as the bikini she's wearing has hearts on it.
