Yep, you can see a difference there. For those of who don't know, Carmella used to be much heavier, as much as 180lbs. She worked her tail off to get to 135lbs, but as a result, she lost her natural big tits. So, she went it and got (in my opinion) the best boob job in history...and here we are. I'm not shocked that she has put on a few pounds, she hasn't done anything new in a while, so it should be interesting to see what she looks like.
