There has been a news article regarding woman showing cleavage in their office wear, it seem to suggest that showing cleavage is considered a big "no-no'. well, my view is that it's alrite to show the cleavage. the other people working wth her shouldn't be distracted by the cleavy. lol lol

Like most everything else, it just depends. If the woman is a school teacher or a doctor, no, probably not a great idea to show a lot of cleavage. If she's in the entertainment industry or a waitress, then yeah, she can probably get away with showing some cleavage.

The bottomline is, whether you're male or female, you should dress in a manner that's appropriate for your job and your company. If you dress in a way that causes people not to take you seriously... then you shouldn't be surprised when people don't take you seriously.
