I used to watch porn just about everyday on my lunch break while I ate. It was generally milder stuff with a plotline, but that was mostly because I didn't want something so intense and captivating that I forgot to eat. The timing worked out pretty well: 10 minutes home from work, 30 minutes to eat/watch, 10 minutes to jack off, 10 minutes back to work.
