New to the board so apoligies if this is the wrong place to post...
Im having a little trouble and cant seem to get it sorted!!
When I try and save a picture on my pc recently, I can only save it as a Bitmap with the default file name "untitled". For god knows how long, Ive always been able to save the picture with its correct file name and file type (Normally jpeg or gif) which automatcaly appears when you click the save pic etc
Has anyone encountered this problem and more importantly got any ideas or advice?
When I go to tools and delete temp internet files and cookies, it goes back to normal and i can save correctly, but as soon as i open up a new page or site it returns to the "untitled" "Bitmap" problem..?
I use XP and have an up to date Virus checker
