Now that Carmen and Abbie are looking in on this thread more, maybe I can finally get a response to this post:
I was hoping that Carmen's official site would be a standard flat fee per month/year with regularly updated content.
Something like:
1 high def video per week
1 photo shoot per week
1 Members chat per week (30-60 mins long with replays added for download)
You could offer your expensive private chats along with these as a bonus for members with more disposable income.
If I'm mistaken and there's actually going to be a format similar to this, I would be excited to know that, but anything less than this would be a major disappointment.

yeai guess, but i dunno like even as far as Onhercam, Carmen is never on there, nor camwithher, or any of the other sites she works on? And i'd imagine she doesn't have a regular job, at least i wouldn't if i made the kind $ she makes. If i made hat kinda money I'd be n like 5 days a week like 2-3 hours a day. So i dunno wut she does with her time since she's never on? any way i dunno just a little fo fr thought thats all.

She was on both OHC and CWH Sunday and Monday. She's been on in the afternoon lately.
She has a ton to do with her site, like photo shoots and such, like today she's doing a photo shoot. Plus, she's only 22 years old and likes to do girly things. She's on quite frequently, you just have to be flexible, like she is with her time.

i think we have all begun to sour on carmen and her so-called site. i understand u want to get the word out and build up some hype but why even mention the launch of ur site if u r months and months away from going live? two-three months is one thing but this has been around six. you risk making all of ur fans indifferent about u and ur site

Poverty of content and same old same old style of content are wilting Carmen's indifferently managed career. Disinterest runs amok among the punters who used to contribute to what used to be a vibrant thread. Treat fans like shit and some will disengage forever. I once claimed website membership number one. Now I am a sideliner until concerns about content and quality are resolved.

ya with the lack of stability id think about waiting for a few months after the site goes up to make sure that after forking over 30+ bucks a month the site doesn't just up and vanish one day.

Lack of stability? come on ... if you guys only knew how hard Carmen's been busting her ass you'd not give so much crap. contrary to what someone posted, Carmen has been very active camming on cwh and ohc both. You just need to know when to catch her....we are working towards having her set up a bit of a schedule.
As for the site, we're also busting our butts, but some things take time. We had legals to work out, tech stuff to work on, designs, promo material, affiliate stuff and much more. We want this done and done right, not just some run-of-the-mill paysite that has no staying power. I'm sorry you guys are impatient, but I am personally more concerned with the quality of things than rushing.
Carmen has shot a tremendous amount of content and has been busy all over. We're hoping to have the new blog layout up in the next day or two at the very least. With that I will post some sneak peeks and Carmen will have some news for you too.
This is not a project that I nor Carmen take lightly. I can assure you that in the end, we believe the majority of users will love the site (and we will of course always have our few haters too heh). We're making it very web 2.0 savvy in hopes of bringing forth aspects not often seen on solo model sites.
I think Carmen is a lot more active here than most models. She makes time to pop in as well as created custom videos for her FreeOnes fans. She posts as time allows right now. Hopefully once the site is actually up and she's having to do less to prep for it, she'll have more time to focus on interaction.
Morison, I realize you are a large critic of mine, which is fine ... we all have our opinions. But I can assure you that I and my team only want the best for Carmen and nothing less. I am not her "manager" as you stated. I am her webmaster. Carmen has chosen not to be "managed" and I applaud that decision. She has turned down management by some well-known entertainment industry people. As a friend, I will offer up my opinions on things and pass along opportunities for her. But she's a good egg and quite capable of managing herself
