Personally, I doubt Carmen's website was ever going to be happening. Imo, it was all just a promotion for camwithher.

On camwithcarmen, she stated she was so busy with material for the new website "running round like a headless chicken" or something similiar. So where is all the new material they have made?

A topless Carmen website seemed too good to be true and it was. Camwithher probably thought downloadble topless material would be shared too much and can make more money offering $14 a minute streaming videos, which is harder to share for free.

I'd give her some time, there may be hope. She did have a lot to do over the last year, and there were a bunch of shoots and stuff like that that occupied her time. CWH may have a bad track record on this, I don't know, but still there's a lot driving this being shut down for the moment.

Ain't her fault really, she's in the same situation as the rest of us. I do agree she has a lot of potential, and hopefully we'll see that shine through in the coming months.

I agree with Joshua. I really don't think it's her fault. That girls potential is definitley being limited. She could easily make six figures a year, under different circumstances. Is she making anywhere near that as a cam girl? Just curious, cause maybe I'm wrong.

If you guys think a little more clearly, why the hell would CWH do anything within their control which limits their ability to capitalize on their prize asset: CARMEN?! It may be incompetence...I don't know, but she is the favoured babe on their site and absolutely nothing has been posted for six months now [except for one workout vid]. Its as if she didn't exist...aside from her profile and a few photos there is nothing. Anything she did is on their old site. Think about it...they are losing money, she is losing money...no webcam nites since when? February? It occurred to me that they might be in some kind of legal problem, or that Carmen was not happy, or maybe even she became pregnant!! In other words any number of things could have happened to lose the revenue from their best girl. What pisses me off is that they offer NO communication whatsoever.and finally we get something on the forum. Anyway, I am sure everybody is losing here: CWH, Carmen... and of course ALL of us!!!!!!!!!!!

I see what you are saying jayjay....butttt, the proverbial "but," it's not that serious. She is always sporadic on pchats, when she's on pchats she's always booked on VIP no matter how long she comes on......and the only month this year she didn't do an mchat was June...so your analysis doesn't fly.

There are legal issues surrounding the shut down of the site. The owner of the camwithcarmen domain no longer works with CWH....that's what happened. Really it's none of our business. Sure, we got our hopes up for a site dedicated to this great lady, but honestly no one lost any money. And like I said before, there's always hope, and I am sure the folks at CWH are figuring out a solution.

Now, don't take that as me being some drooling admirer, I have no reason to be right now. All the same there is a lot at play, and the more negativity passed the more likely it becomes that her site will never materialize...which I think would be a real shame because like all of you have said she has a lot of potential and is a great girl.

I see Carmen has a chat on CWH for this Wednesday night 16th. First time I am aware of her doing one in months. I wonder if she will or can answer questions on the failed site.
It would have been SO EASY to just buy another domain name...so that reason just does not hold water. I can imagine she is frustrated... I doubt the problem is down to her.

It does hold water if you think about what else might be in play. Sure, you can go buy another domain name, but you forget that a lot of the content being produced probably had the old domain information. We're talking about a business and a brand name, not a myspace page.

And then consider maybe the content is under the ownership of the site that it represents.....which means having to start from scratch. This is all conjecture, but I err on the side of caution. She probably is frustrated, but more so by the nagging of "where's the site" "what's up with the site" crap than trying to get things started again.

And again, hate to bust you out, but as I said before June was the only month this year she didn't do an MChat, so knock off the BS about "Months" going by without one. If you plan to ask her about the site feel free, that's time to oogle the goodies, not debate about something irrelevant and unnecessary.

I think what everyone is mostly upset about is the track record of off shoot sites from some of the other models also going down as well. It's kind of like a track record of sorts for cwh. I'm sure Carmen is as equaly as frusterated as the rest of us. It just goes to show ( at least to me any way, can't speak for everyone ) That Carmen has graduated from camgirl status and could very easily go off and find more capable mangement to start a real internet model site. You know one such model comes to mind who made the switch from camgirl to internet model and became very succesful at it Sandee Westgate.
If any one remembers her very early site was predominetly set up around cam chats and such. Then she went further away from the cam chats to galleries and vids of a higher quality. Although who knows, maybe I'm comparing apples to oranges.

Your tone is unnecessary..!! Most of what is being said here is conjecture. The only reason I announced she was having a cam chat is because it's the first time I've seen it advertised. I won't bother again...
