Buying a Dvd with freeones points

I bought a dvd out of the store with my freeones points. I has been a couple of weeks, so I decided to find out how much longer it is for shipping time. I sent a letter to the "Contact Us" in the store a couple of days ago, and I haven't recieved a letter or anything back. Does anyone know how long shipping takes for new dvds? Also I got an email after I placed the order that said it was "Executed." Is that executed like it has been done or "Off with his head" the order is dead? Thanks for the help!!
