I think that was one of the worse mascots ever conceived. Just think, there was probably some marketing research group that was full of college-educated people that were paid millions of dollars to come up with that. How can anybody think that was a good idea?

I'll "make a run for the border" first and have Taco Bell - it tastes better and is cheaper anyway (plus healthier than a big bunch of greasy beef!)...

Burger King lost me as a customer (quite awhile ago) for a couple of reasons - they are not competitively pricing their products, and this ad campaign is TRULY insulting to most people's intellect.

Besides, the Taco Bell dog was/is cute as hell. "Viva Gorditas!" LOL!

i went to mcdonalds... waited about 1-2 minutes for my food.
went to KFC, waited 2-3 minutes for my food.

went to Burger King... waited 8 minutes for fast food, along with 4 other people that were waiting there when i ordered. they had 4 people working there! thats a tight ship they run over at BK
