Bryci (bryci.com)

I've tried to sign up for both Bryci.com and Bellapass.com many times without success, and every time I get the "Pre-Auth BC" denied message. I've been a member several times before and no problem. I contacted CC Bill (hundreds of transactions over 10 years, never a problem) about this, Feb 15, also, and they threw their arms in the air and said "sorry, can't do ****! contact the site!" I sent an e-mail to your bellanetwork.com mail July 31st, which I haven't gotten a reply to. So this is me trying to get your attention, and perhaps we can fix this?
Have you ever experienced anything like this before with customers? I mean, if something like this happened to me maybe it has happened to others as well, and then you've might have lost some business over this? I'd really like to become a member again, as it's been a while and you have lots of great content I'd like to add to my archives/library! ;)

Pre-Auth decline means you live somewhere we've shut down as an option for signing up. Sadly, we have to do this sometimes because the fraud ratio for that region climbs to a point where it starts costing us money to allow members from there. Some countries, we have a 9/10 ratio, meaning for every ten memberships.. one is valid, nine are fraud. That costs us money in lost revenue from stolen content as well as changes our rations with the card companies because if our ratios get too outrageous, they shut down our services meaning no more sites.

I do get the odd email from time to time like that asking about decline and no, I don't reply because when I do, not once has it been a 'hey, no problem man' response. Instead, people get pissy and offended, like I insinuated they themselves were thieves, which is not what i am saying or doing. I'm sorry we can't extend membership to your country. There are only four places we actively ban outside of the obvious places like Russia where fraud is rampant. Those four places all have a 75% or higher ratio with us, so I'm not sure what we can do but I do know we can't make exceptions for one person, we'd have to disable the block on the entire country and sadly, we can't do that.

Have we lost some business? Yes. Have we gained a better ratio and in the end ended up not getting screwed over by fraudulent memberships? Also Yes. France as an example, holy **** balls. One in eleven is real. 10 out of 11 are stolen cards. Blocked the country and our fees lowered, so we make more money now because we told France to go fuck itself. Weird how the web works.

I wish we didn't have to block some places, girls have fans that are honest people, it's the assholes that make it hard for others.

If we weren't at risk of losing our account with poor ratios, we'd give no fucks. Fraud is fraud, part of the business but when a card company starts giving you grief because a country is committing fraud more than others.. it sucks. How it's our fault, not sure.
