Sorry to see you go John.
The way you tell this story is not exactly what happened though. I can't speak exactly of your account, because I don't know what you're talking about here. I'm not insinuating you are not being honest, I am merely pointing out I don't know the account you're referring to. That said, when a username is blocked for multiple user *********, it's simply blocked. Not an ip associated with that account unless that ip was also doing something else perhaps it should not have been. Usually, site ripping. If you were with us for 7 years, then I can't see this being the case.
I respond to email as as I get them, but I am not sure where you think I am supposed to respond inside 24 hours of you sending it? I try and respond right away but if I am not at a computer for whatever reason, I of course am not able to respond. That said, again.. I don't recall your emails, nor do I recall ccbill contacting me about them as they would do if you contacted ccbill. Again, I am not saying this did not take place, I am saying I'm not sure of the exact situation and what happened here. I have had people get hacked on their end due to a bad password or malware and in that situation we do not reissue them a user/pass because the same error would happen all over again. We detail exactly how to fix the situation using malware removal software etc, and that isn't our responsibility of course. We ask for a screen grab showing a clean bill of health and when we get that, we set them up again and we comp them the lost time no question asked. If you'd been with us that long John, you especially would have had more than benefit of the doubt so yes, I am very curious about the circumstances here.
It's neat how you have been with us 7 years, and when things don't go your way you get all agro with insults? If that's needed, okay, cool. Your facts are not correct though. If a user gets locked out, it's not because they were in the right. It's usually because they did something not right and then it comes to a scenario where we either fix the issue, or we don't. When someone buys a membership, it's meant for them and them alone. You yourself pointed out your username was being used without your knowing. That happens one of two ways, you gave someone your pass or, your computer or email was compromised. Either way, not sure how that's a BellaPass issue?
It's also odd that you say you reached out to me several times, but sure, things get missed. I wish I had more info on this. Not sure I'd call our network 'dinky' but that's cool, we all get an opinion. If you'd like to reach out to me, email me with the subject HI THIS IS JOHN. If you are emailing the right address, it comes to me. If you are not, then that might be the reason there wasn't a response. If not, no worries, I hope you find happiness in your other 80-120 website purchases. =) Stay safe John.
