I just tried to join the site, and it billed my credit card but then refused to admit me. It even texted me an SMS verification code, and I responded with the proper code -- and then I was locked out and told to contact "live customer service." There is no link on the website for "live" customer service. The customer service link simply took me to ccBill. So I sent them an email, and I'm awaiting a response. If I don't get one soon, I'll cancel the credit card charge, I guess.
This is very shoddy customer service. I belonged to this site before, and it was nothing as bad as this. I'm especially annoyed that you verify with SMS without telling me before I sign up. Is this site under new management?
