I just tried to join the site, and it billed my credit card but then refused to admit me. It even texted me an SMS verification code, and I responded with the proper code -- and then I was locked out and told to contact "live customer service." There is no link on the website for "live" customer service. The customer service link simply took me to ccBill. So I sent them an email, and I'm awaiting a response. If I don't get one soon, I'll cancel the credit card charge, I guess.

This is very shoddy customer service. I belonged to this site before, and it was nothing as bad as this. I'm especially annoyed that you verify with SMS without telling me before I sign up. Is this site under new management?
 
It's been several days since I tried to join Brooke's site, and still I cannot get access, even though I've paid for it. No one responds when I use Brooke's customer service. Anyone else having this problem? What should I do?
 
Well, I finally gave up, canceled my subscription, and instructed ccBill to refund the charge on my credit card. The only response I ever got was to file a ticket with the support UI (which is very hard to find in the first place), but no one ever replied to my four tickets.

Perhaps I will try some time in the future. Right now, it does not seem to be functioning.
