I'm sure it would be on the Premiumwins store. That is their current method for paid content. To be clear, no inside information here, just reasoning that the site was built for zips and other content, so I expect all new content to end up there.
Who knows.. Phad stopped giving us information and answering questions after that God awful ghost zipset almost 2 years ago.
As for updates it doesn't look like we're getting anything for October, so I hope everyone enjoyed their $20 cam show.. We're probably about due for one of those "YouTube videos" where Brooke has all her clothes on until the last 5 seconds too so I don't have much hope for November either
