It looks like it's from an old Adult Channel programme called Michelle's Slut Search...this is a list of girls who were in the series

...and looking at the girls listed, I'd tend to think it's Emma Giles, the girl at the top of the list. Unfortunately, I think a lot of the girls who appeared in this kind of stuff only did a handful of appearances so you might not get very far with her.
