Yes I certainly could get out more but doing so may take away all the legit Geek cred I have built up for myself over the years I am one of those delightful types that sticks out at parties, but I am not unhip enough not to get invited to parties so that's a check mark in my favour.

As for the self confidence thing, well I reckon that goes without saying. I got a bushel of things I need to fix but hey
everybody has things about themselves they want to change.

I have always vested in the onus to be yourself and I figure that's probably the thing I am best at..that or shuffleboard, I will own anyone at shuffleboard.

Apollo, I admire the thought that we have some similar personality traits. The sociologist (undergraduate degree) in me believes you carry yourself quite well based on your intelligent and thought provoking posts. I hate to do this but when I was your age (which seems like eons ago now) I was more or less the same person I am today. Based on my conversations with GE, I feel he and I are quite similar personality wise. Not to put any pressure on him but I do want to make a bold statement in that I believe GE could charm the pants off of Briana figuratively absolutely and possibly literally as well. That's not a too shabby thing to want to emulate I say.

Okay let's end the ranting and get back to what's important, I didn't notice the blond streak at first Briana as I got suckered in by your eyes which is to be expected. It looks so subtle but I think it certainly adds a layer of dimension to your naturally lovely hair.

Thanks, that's very kind of you to say. I'd like to think that emotionally, I'm as mature as is possible at my age, maybe even further along than that. I agree, GE's a good guy. I appreciate any bit of wit, common sense, or overall knowledge that anybody on the board can provide, and he certainly gives his fair share.

:1orglaugh I think this might be a good time to publish a colouring book so people can color your hair like they want. Maybe even add pop-up images and bed time stories.

There's nothing wrong with the blonde streak (or any other color). It's just very prominent and distracting. I just don't think there's anything to distract the attention away from.
