In light of Breast Cancer Awareness Month I would like to share this link with all the guys here. Please , there are no 'dirty pics' but reading it could make a difference in your life. Spread the word too, many aren't even aware it exists. Men as well as women need to keep a regular check for lumps and have them checked right away if one is found. This is not just a woman's disease. While I'm here too just a reminder of the importance of a regular colon exam also. Do it!
